Way 2 Event is a premium catering and event management business registered and operating in the state of Kerala, India. We provide end-to-end event planning services including wedding management, catering, stage decoration, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and customized event solutions.

• Event Date — to check availability and plan accordingly

• Additional Details / Message — any special requirements or notes you choose to share

All form submissions are routed directly to our WhatsApp business account. We do not use a backend server, database, or any third-party CRM to store this data.

How We Use Your Information

The personal information you submit is used exclusively for the following purposes:

1. To respond to your booking enquiry or service request
2. To contact you via phone or WhatsApp to discuss your event requirements
3. To provide you with a customised service quote or proposal

Sharing of Information

Way 2 Event is a small, privately operated business. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.

Your information may only be disclosed in the following strictly limited circumstances:

• With our own team members — only as necessary to fulfil your event booking (e.g., sharing event date and guest count with our operations team)
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — your form submissions are transmitted via a WhatsApp link. WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy governs message data once it enters their platform
• As required by law — if compelled by a court order, government authority, or legal process under applicable Indian law

Under no circumstances do we share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Because our booking form works by opening a pre-filled WhatsApp message, no personal data is stored on our website's servers. The data you enter exists only on your device until you choose to send the WhatsApp message.

Any personal information you communicate to us via WhatsApp, phone call, or in person is kept confidential by our team and used solely for the purpose of serving your event requirements. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Our website is hosted on Vercel (a secure cloud platform). No user data is stored or logged by our website application.

The only external resources loaded by our website are Google Fonts (for typography), which may set a temporary browser cache. Google's own Privacy Policy governs this interaction. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Google through this font loading.

You can use our website fully without accepting or managing any cookies.
